Zaffar address in chadoora budgam

Srinagar, Aug 31: APHC (M) public relations chief Zaffer Akbar Bhat today urged United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) to intervene and help in ending the skirmishes along the Line of Control, saying that war is no solution to Kashmir issue.
He in his party statement issued today appealed both the countries to start meaningful dialogue for the resolution of Kashmir issue.
“Zaffer Akbar Bhat accompanied by his party activists visited border areas of tehsil Chadoora today and while addressing various gatherings there, Zaffer paid glowing tributes to all those civilians who lost their precious lives due to the firing and shelling on LoC. Hesaid that skirmishs on the border isn’t the issue but Kashmir is the issue that needs to be resolved on humanitarian grounds,”  statement quoting Zafar said.
“At a time when LoC of Kashmir is observed by United Nations Military Observer Group and the activities on the border are  being monitored by high definition cameras, it is not difficult  to held a fair probe into the LOC killings,” statement said.
Zafar in his statement demanded an international probe into the LoC killings and said that  the skirmishes have  endangered the peace in whole of South Asia.
He appealed UN military group to help in escalating the tension.
Zafar in his statement appealed United Nations to press India and Pakistan for holding talks in order to resolve Kashmir resolution peacefully.
Zaffer added that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have laid their lives for a cause and the sacrifices will not be allowed to go waste.
Stressing upon the demilitarization of Jammu and Kashmir, Zaffer  in the statement said that safety of the people in Jammu and Kashmir can be guaranteed only after the demilitarization of the State.

SRINAGAR, August 31:
Chief public relations of APHC (M) and Jammu and Kashmir salvation
movement chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat today urged United National
military observer group’s (UNMOGIP) intervention into the LOC killings
for ending up the Skirmish, as war is no solution to Kashmir issue. He
appealed both the countries to start meaningful talks by involving
Kashmiris for the resolution of Kashmir issue.
Zaffer Akbar bhat accompanied by party leaders and activists including
Syed Bashir Indrabi, Zulfikar Hameed, Imtiyaz  Ahmad, Mohd Shaban
visited border areas of tehsil Chadoora importantly Brianwar, Surasyar,
Brabripora. Addressing different gatherings, Zaffer paid glowing
tributes to all those civilians who lost their precious lives during
past days because of the firing and shelling on LOC and said that
skirmish on the border isn’t the issue but Kashmir is the issue that
needs to be resolved on humanitarian grounds.
Zaffer said at a time when border of disputed Kashmir is observed by
United Nations itself by its military observer group and the
activities on the border being monitor tied by high definition
cameras, it is not enough hard to held a fair into the LOC killings.
He demanded an international probe into the killings of LOC as to end
the skirmish that has endangered the peace in whole south Asia and
appealed UN military group to help in escalating the tension.
He said that continued tension at LoC can have further put negative
impact on relations between India and Pakistan and urged UN to
intervene and ensure peace at LoC.
Maintaining that border is not the issue but Kashmir is, Zaffer said
that instead of raging war and killing each other’s people at border
both the countries should re-start the dialogue process for the early
resolution of Kashmir issue according to the aspirations of Kashmiris
people who rendered unparallel scarifies for their basic right ‘right
to self determination’.
He appealed United Nations to press India-Pakistan for Kashmir
resolution peacefully, Zaffer said that the people of Jammu and
Kashmir who laid their lives for the ongoing freedom movement will not
be allowed to go waste and urged upon people to support the martyrs
mission.
Stressing upon the Demilitarization of Jammu and Kashmir, Zaffer said
that safety of the people in whole jammu and Kashmir can be guaranteed
only after the demilitarization

Peaceful demonstration against price tag of human lives and chastity in Kashmir
SRINAGAR, AUGUST 19:
Senior Pro-freedom leader and chief Public relations All Parties Hurriyat conference (M) , Zaffer Akbar Bhat along with Senior (APHC) leader Javid Ahmad Mir, Bashir Indrabi, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi,Zulfiqar Hamid,Molvi Mushtaq,Molvi Rashid,Nasir Mushtaq,Muzaffer Malik and other Jammu and Kashmir salvation movement activist and leaders held a peaceful demonstration at press colony against the price tag of human lives and chastity of women in Kashmir by the state governed. During the demonstration they raised high-pitched against the government decision aimed to legalize the brutalities in the state.
In media interaction, Zaffar Akber said that it was an irony that the state authorities were encouraging Indian troops and police personnel to go for custodial killings and rapes inside the four-walls of torture camps by fixing price tag.
“Now they (authorities) have fixed a price tag for human life and chastity. Instead of talking about compensation, the culprits involved in the killing of innocent persons should be hanged,” he said.
He said that the lives of common kashmiris and chastity are not the commodities that can be sell and brought in the market. He said that the decision of issuing rate list for the lives of people, who are being deprived of their birth right since 1957, should be eye opener for the world community and they should take cognizance of the atrocities and brutalities done by the Indian troops in the valley since they occupied it illegally.
He said that besides draconian laws, Armed Forces Special Powers Act and Disturbed Areas Act, now rate list is another licence to the Indian forces to kill the people of Kashmir and dishonor the Kashmiri women and instead of putting an end to the custodial killings and rapes by troops and police personnel, the authorities had publicized the rate list of these crimes.

Zaffer akbar bhat also demanded disbanding of village defense committees in Jammu and Chenab valley were they have lashed a reign of terror, he also demand  to lift the curfew and restrictions in Kistiwar as the people were facing acute shortage of essentials like medicines and ration.

کشمیریوں کی زندگیوں اور عصمت دری کیلے سرکاری نرخ نامہ کے خلاف حریت کانفرنس کا پرامن احتجاج
سرینگر: سینرحریت رہنماءو حریت کانفرنس کے رابطہ عامہ سیل کے سرپرست جناب ظفر اکبربٹ کی قیادت میں آج حریت لیڈر جاوید احمد میر۔ بشراندرابی۔ امتیاز احمد ریشی ،ذوالفقارر حمید،ناصر مشتاق،مولوی رشید،مشتاق احمد، مظفر ملک ،اور سالویشن مومنٹ کے کارکنوںنے ریاستی سرکار کی طرف سے جاری کردہ کشمیریوں کی زندگیوں اور عصمت کیلے نرخ نامہ کے خلاف پرامن طور پر احتجاج کےا اور سرکار کے اس فیصلے کے خلاف زبردست نعرہ بازی کی ۔ 
ظفراکبر بٹ نے میڈیا سے بعد میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ انتہائی دکھ کی بات ہیں کہ ریاستی سرکار بھارتی فوج کو کشمیریوں کے قتل عام اور کشمیری بیٹیوں کی عصمت ریزی کرنے کیلے حوصلہ افزائی کررہا ہیں ۔ ان نے کہا کہ سرکار کی طرف سے جارکردہ ریٹ لسٹ بھارتی فوج کو حراستی ہلاکتوں اور عصمت ریزر کرنے کیلے کھلی چھوٹ دینے کے مترادف ہیں اور بجایہ اس کے کہ قاتلوں اور ظالموں کو سزا دی جائے۔ 
ؑعصمت ریزی اور قتل وغارت گری میں ملوث بھارت فوجیوں کے جلدازجلد سزا دئی جانی چاہے تاکہ مظلموں کو انصاف فراہم ہوسکے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ قیمت انصاف کا متبادل نہیں ہوسکتا جسکو کشمیریوں نے کھبی بھی قبول نہیں کیا۔ 
ظفر اکبر بٹ نے کہا کہ عزت اور جانیں کوئی Commadity نہیں ہیں جس کو بازار سے بیچا اور خریداجاسکتا ہو۔ انہوں نے کہا ریاستی حکومت کا میصلہ عالمی برادری کیلے چشم کشاء ہونا چاہے کیونکہ اس فیصلے سے بہ خوب ہی اندازہ ہوسکتا ہیں کہ کشمیر کے اندر کس طرح کی انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں میں بھارتی فوج ملوث ہیں انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیریوں کے بنیادی حقوق 1947سے ہی سلب کئے جارئے ہیں جس دوران کشمیریوں کا قتل عا م کیا گیا اور عصمت ریزری کئی گئی جو اب بھارتی فوج کا معمول بنتا جارہا ہیں۔ 
انہوں نے کہا کہ کالے قوانیں جیسے افسپاءاور پی ایس ائے کے بعد اب سرکاری ریٹ لسٹ فوج کیلے لایسن ہوگئی تاکہ کشمیریوں کو نیست نابود کیا جائے۔ انہوں نے کشمیریوں کے قتل عام اور عصمت ریزی میں ملوث بھارتی فوجی اہلکاروں کو سزا کی مانگ کی۔ 
ظفر اکبر بٹ نے کشتواڈ میں فرقہ وارانہ فسادات کیلے ذمہ دار ولیج ڈفنس کمیٹیوں کو تحلیل کرنے کی بھی مانگ کی۔ اور جاری قرفیو کو بھی ہٹانے کی بھی مانگ کی۔۔

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 02:
Senior Hurriyat leader, salvation movement chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat and prominent Hurriyat Javaid Ahmad Mir today led a protest demonstration in Kulgam district on the occasion of Jamat-ul-Vida which was observed as Kashmir Day and reiterated to continue to freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
Thousands of People who participated in the demonstration raised pro freedom slogans and anti-India slogans.
Addressing the gathering Zaffer Akbar Bhat deamned the liberation of Baitul Muqadas and expressed solidarity with the families of those who laid their lives for the freedom of Kashmir Nation and paid glowing tributes to them. He also expressed solidarity with those who were martyred by Indian armed forces during past decades of freedom movement, Imprisoned youths, daughter and sisters who became the victims of Indian armed forces and with those families whose near and dearer ones were killed in intragration centres, forced disappear and assured them that the sacrfies of the kashmiris who laid their lives and blood will not be allowed to go waste and the movement will be taken to logical conclusion.
Castigating main stream political parties for their dual stadnbdards and deceptive political zaffer Akbar said that after they observed that people are maintaining a distance from them they started taking about Kashmir issue.
“People have now maintained a distance from them and due its fear Mufti Shab is saying that he wants to resolve Kashmir issue within the Indian constitution that is not acceptable at all and similarly Omar Abdullah is advocating secret dialogue that will be India’s big mistake as the people who laid their lives for the sacred cause know better and will thwart conspires of India and its Kashmir agents.” Zaffer said.
He appealed people remain vigilant about the political happenings related with Kashmir issue and keep maintaining a distance from Indian agents by boycotting elections.
