کشمیر ایک سیاسی مسئلہ ہے ،نام نہاد معاشی پیکجزکے ذریعے حل نہیں کیا جاسکتا:ظفر اکبر

کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس کے سینئر رہنما و چیئرمین سالویشن مومنٹ ظفر اکبر بٹ نے حریت رہنما نعیم احمد خان کی رہائی کا خیر مقدم کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جب تک نہ تمام کشمیری سیاسی نظر بندوںکو رہانہیں کیا جاتا تب تک مسئلہ کشمیر کا حل نہیں ہوسکتا اور کشمیر میں حالات بدستور خراب ہوتے رہیں گے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیر میں جاری انسانی حقوق کی پامالیاں زور و شور پر ہے ۔AFSPA,PSAاور دیگر کالے قوانین کو ختم کرنے کیلئے ہندوستان کو مثبت اقدام اُٹھانے چاہئے ۔ظفر نے حریت رہنما شبیر احمد شاہ ،فردوس احمد شاہ اور مسرت عالم سمیت تمام کشمیری نظر بندوں کی رہائی کا فی الفور مطالبہ کیا
۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کا کشمےر ی عوام کے اُمنگوں کے مطابق پرُ امن حل نکالنے کے لئے بھارت کو سازگار ماحول پےدا کرنا ہوگا۔بھارت کے وزیر اعظم من موہن سنگھ کے حالیہ بیان جس میں انہوں نے تمام کشمیری گروپوں سے بات چیت کرنے کی مشروط پیش کش کی ، پر اپنے رد عمل کا اظہارکرتے ہوئے ظفر اکبر نے کہا کہ بھارت اگر مذاکرات میں سنجیدہ ہے تو اسے کشمیر سے فوجی انخلائ، تمام سیاسی قیدی کی رہائی، کالے قوانین کا خاتمہ اور انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیاں بند کرنے کےلئے اقدامات کریں۔انہوں نے واضح کیا کہ نئی دہلی کو یہ تسلیم کرنا چاہیے کہ کشمیر ایک سیاسی مسئلہ ہے جسے نام نہاد معاشی یا انتظامی پیکجوں کے ذریعے حل نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔
دریں اثناءسالویشن مومنٹ کا ایک وفد نعیم احمد خان کے گھر واقع باغات برزلہ گیا جہاں پر انہوں نے حریت رہنما کو جیل سے رہائی پانے کی مبارک بادی پیش کی ۔وفد میں تنظیم کے جنرل سیکرٹری عبدالروف خان ، معراج الدین راتھر، مولوی عبدالرشید ،بشیر احمد،مولوی مشتاق احمد اور دیگر تنظیمی کارکن موجود تھے

JKSM, PLL welcome Nayeem’s release

The leaders of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement and JK Peoples’ Liberation League today met the Hurriyat senior leader and National Front chairman Nayeem Ahmad Khan, who was released on Sunday from Srinagar Central Jail, after 4-months of illegal detention.
They welcomed his release and hailed his resolve, determination and steadfastness. They demanded immediate release of other pro-movement detainees including Shabir Ahmad Shah, Fridous Ahmad Shah, Masrat Alam, Muhammad Qasim Faktoo, Ghulam Nabi Sumji and Muhammad Ayub Dar, revocation of all black laws and demilitarization of Kashmir to make situation congenial for talks between India and Pakistan.
Meanwhile, the Tehreek-e-Wahadat Islami general secretary, Nissar Ahmad Rather also visited Nayeem’s residence and felicitated him

JKSM organizes blood donation camp

Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement on Saturday organized a blood donation camp at Chanapora here in memory of Shaheed Al-Hajj Abdul Gani Bhat on his fifth martyrdom anniversary. Bhat was martyred by anti-movement elements on May 14, 2005.
A large number people including JKSM members participated in the camp and donated blood. Speaking on the occasion, the JKSM chairman, Zaffar Akbar Bhat thanked the blood donors and doctors. He reiterated the pledge to take the mission of martyrs to its logical end. The JKSM is organizing a relief and solidarity camp for the needy on May 16.
Meanwhile, the Joint Association of Kashmiri Affected Families and Jammu Kashmir Liberation League have paid rich tributes to Al-Hajj Abdul Gani Bhat on his martyrdom anniversary, describing him a great social activist and freedom fighter who always extended financial help to the poor and deserving

Chairman of Salvation Movement, Zafar Akbar Bhat has paid rich tributes to Abdul Gani Bhat on his 5th death anniversary and his brother Abdul Lateef on his 20th death anniversary.
In a statement issued here, Bhat said that the family has sacrificed 15 members of its family to the Kashmir cause. “It is because of like these people who paid sacrifices in Kashmir that Kashmir issue came to the forefront,”

JKSM welcomes Qureshi’s statement
Srinagar, May 5: The Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman, Zaffar Akbar Bhat today welcomed the Pakistan foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s statement that his government would consult the Kashmiri liberation leaders before reaching any solution on Kashmir issue.
Addressing party workers, Zaffar said since Kashmiris were the principal party to Kashmir issue, their involvement in talks was imperative. He said the issue was main obstacle in the relations between India and Pakistan. “The relations between the two countries will remain strained until the issue is resolved,” he said.
