Hence, the conglomerate stresses upon UN and international community to fulfill their pledges made with the people of Jammu and Kashmir to solve the dispute according to their wishes and aspirations to secure the future of millions of people living in south Asia.   

Addressing a gathering at lolipora Tangmarg, senior hurriyat leaders of public contact cell including Zaffar Akbar Bhat, Javaid Ahmad Mir, and Syed Bashir Andrabi told people that Kashmir dispute was the main source of tension between India and Pakistan, adding, the issue cann’t be suppressed on gunpoint or by using force.

Expressing concern over the construction of wall on the borders, the leaders said this was an attempt to harm the sensitivity of Kashmir issue and disputed its internationally recognized disputed status. They said that kashmiri people would aware the world about the wall conspiracy.

The leaders also criticized the government for subjecting Kashmiri prisoners in jails across India and Kashmir to ill treatment. They said the authorities should distinguish between the political prisoners and criminals. The leaders further said that the ill treatment meted out by the Kashmiri prisoners was contrary to the international conventions and basic human values.

Soon after the address, the hurriyat leaders paid rich tributes to the martyrs of the area including Jehangir lolpuri, Abdul Rashid Mangora, Fayaz Ahmad, Mustafa Khan, and Burhan-u-Din Hijazi. The leaders said they would continue to fight for the cause till it reaches its logical conclusion.

Zaffer condemns baramullah arrests and lathi charge on Students at Kashmir University, says APHC’s mass contact drive aimed to bring people close towards movement.
Srinagar, November 25:
Senior APHC leader and Jammu and Kashmir salvation movement chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat today said that APHC’S mass contact drive is aimed to bring people close to the ongoing movement.
Addressing several gatherings in different areas of Tehsil Chadoora, Distt. Badgam Zaffer Akbar Bhat criticized main stream politicians for issuing statements on Kashmir issue and said that these main stream politicians and parties just to please India are deceiving the people of state and are helping India in prolonging the illegal occupation.  
Zaffer was accompanied by Molvi Abdul Rashid, Shaffee Kashmiri, Beigh Aijaz, Nasir Mustaq, and molvi Elahi.
Addressing different gatherings, he impressed upon people to don’t fell fray into the hallow slogans of main stream politicians and continue to support the ongoing freedom movement for which you laid down the sacrifices. He said that the unity among pro-freedom leadership and people is need of the hour as it is the unity through which we get our sacred goal.  
He also appealed people to unsuccessful the evil designs under which people of the state being divided on sectarian and other lines.  He expressed sympathy with the families of martyrs of the area and paid glowing tributes to the martyrs.
 He also denounced the recent arrests of youths in Baramuallah and their shift to Sub Jail Baramulla and demanded their unconditional release to safe their furture. Zaffar also appeal to the International human rights institutions to take the notice of Kashmiri detunes languished in different indian Jails. He also denounced the use of illegal brute force against students at Kashmir university.

Condemned harassment of prisoners in Indian and State Jails
Srinagar, November 22:
Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement chairman Zaffar Akber Bhat along with JKLF(H) Javed Ahmad Mir and KFF Syed Bashir Indrabi today visited Dhalwan Pulwama under APHC’s mass contact program and protest against the harassment against the prisoners and their relatives on the eve of meetings between them.Shafi Kashmir,Beigh Aijaz,Firdous Ahmed,Muzaffer malik,Mehraj u din also accompanied leaders.
Addressing the demonstrators in the area after Friday Prayers leaders condemned harassment of prisoners and their relatives in and outside jails. They expressed solidarity with Jail intimates and said that the sacrifices’ laid down by prisoners can’t be underestimated.
Leaders said that jail authorities in Indian as well as in state jails are violating its prescribed norms by harnessing them especially female ones in Tihar, Jodpur and Kotbalwal Jails.
Expressing solidarity with them, they said that prisoners have played and are playing a key role in ongoing freedom movement; hence people of the Jammu and Kashmir should support pro-freedom leadership so that the ongoing movement can be taken to logical conclusion. He appealed not to get deceived by the hallow slogans of main stream politicians as the elections were not substitute to Kashmir resolution.
Leaders appealed common masses to observe 10th December –Human rights day and convey to world the present situation of the state, were on each passing day Indian troops continue to violate human rights of Kashmiri people.
Zaffar Akber Bhat said that it is high time for India to leave rigidity which creates hurdles in resolving decades old Kashmir issue. they maintained that instead of showing their ridiculousness Indian should come forward along with the confidence building measures, including revocation of black laws, demilitarization of the state, unconditional release of political detainees, through which conducive atmosphere for result oriented dialogue can be achieved. APHC leaders said it is because of Kashmir issue uncertainty in whole south Asian region prevails. So as to end the uncertainty both countries should show seriousness in resolving Kashmir issue.
APHC leaders also paid glowing tributes to martyrs of the area and plead common masses to safe guard the mission of martyrs. They said that APHC is committed to take mission of the martyrs to its logical conclusion

سرینگر: نومبر : 20کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس کی عوامی رابطہ مہم کے تحت آج سینر حریت رہنماءو جموں و کشمیر سالویشن مومنٹ کے چیرمین ظفر اکبر بٹ نے متعدد علاقوں جن میںمکہامہ بیروہ،ارڈینہ ،ماگام ور ہامرے پٹن شامل ہیں کا دورہ کیا ۔ ان کے ہمراہ مولوی رشید،شفیع کشمیری،بیگ اعجاز،محمد شعبان بھی موجود تھے۔
دورے کے دروان ظفر اکبر بٹ نے مختلف عوامی وفود سے ملاقات کی اور ان کو مسئلہ کشمیر کے حتمی اور پرامن حل کے سلسلے میں کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس کی طرف سے کی جارہی کوششوں سے آگاہ کیا۔ انہوں نے لوگوں کو یقین دلایا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کے سلسلے میں کشمیری قوم کی طرف سے دی گئی قربانیوں کو رایگاں نہیں ہونے دیا جائے گا اور شہدا ءکشمیر کے مشن کو منطقعی انجام تک پہنچایا جائے گا۔
انہوں نے دورے کے دوران جواں سال ریاض احمد پنڈت ماہر زراعت کو زبردست الفاظ میں خراج عقیدت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ انہوں نے تحریک اسلامی اور تحریک کشمیر کے حوالے سے انہوں نے قربانی دی ۔ تحریک سے وابستگی کے نتیجہ انکے اپنے بھائی کو ہجرت کرنے پر مجبور کیا گیا۔ پورے پنڈت خاندان نے تحریک اسلامی و آزادی کیلئے بے پناہ قربانیاں دی۔اس موقعہ پرظفراکبر بٹ نے شہید برہاالدین حجازی،شاکر غزنوی،محمد سلیم وُسن،الیاس احمد،فاروق احمد و سید کرمانی ماگام وجملہ شہداءکو خراج عقیدت ادا کیا۔وانی عبدالاسلام،سید محمد یوسف اور ریاض احمد رونگہ کی اسلام و تحریک آزادی کے تیئں خدمات کو سرہاتے ہوئے انکوخطاب کے دوران زبردست الفاظ میں خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔
پٹن ، ماگام اور مکہامہ میںخطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بھارت عام لوگوں کوفوجی طاقت اور سڑک ،پانی ،بجلی اور سرکاری نوکری کے آرڑ میں مکمل آزادی کی نعمت سے زیادہ دیر تک محروم نہیں رکھ سکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آنے والے نام نہاد اسمبلی الیکشن کے پیش نظرمین اسٹریم ھند نواز سیاست دانوں کے مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کے حوالے سے جاری دلکش بیانوں سے کشمیری عوام کو بار بار ایک ہی سراخ سے ڈسا نہیں جاسکتا ہے اور نہ ورغلایا جاسکتاہے اور نہ سرینگر سمیت وادی کے طول وعریض میں بجلی یا پانی میں کٹوتی کرنے سے اپنی طرف مائل کر سکھتے ہیں۔ الیکشن دیرینہ تنازعہ کشمیر کا نعم البدل کبھی بھی نہیں ہوسکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا فی الوقت حکومت ھند الیکشن کی سرگرمیوں میں لگی ہیں اسلئے دلی میں آنی والی حکومت کے ساتھ بات کرنے کے حوالے سے مضبوط اور مربوط حریت پسند لیڈر شپ ہی فیصلہ کرسکتی ہے کہ مذاکرات کی نوعیت کیا ہوگی لیکن بات چیت جب بھی ہوگی اس کی بنیاد اقوام متحدہ کی قرار داد ہونی چاہئے۔
ظفر اکبر بٹ نے کہا کہ کل جماعتی ھریت کانفرنس کی کوشش ہونی چاہے کہ سفارتی سطح پر اقوام متحدہ قرار داد کو in active sectionسے نکال کر اسکو active سیکشن میں ڈالنے کیلئے تگ دو کریں۔ یاد رہے عوامی رابط مہم کے تحت حریت کانفرنس کے دروں کا مقصد ہے کہ وہ عوام کے ساتھ نزدیکی تال میل بنائے رکھیں۔

Election can’t be substitute to Kashmir resolution,For success of Talks UN resolutions are imperative.
Srinagar, November 20: Under APHC’s mass contact Program, Senior Hurriyat leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat today visited several areas including Makhama beerwah, Ardineya, Hamray Pattan, Kralpora Magam,and Jamalata of Sgr. and interacted with several delegations during the visit. He was accompanied by several other leaders including Molvi Rasheed, Shafee Kashmiri, Beigh Aijaz and Mohmmad Shaban.
During the visit, Zaffer Akbar Bhat met several delegations of the areas and aware them about the current political situation of Jammu and Kashmir viz-a-viz Kashmir issue. He conveyed delegations that APHC forum-representing aspirations of the people,  is committed to take Kashmir freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
He said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have given unparallel sacrifices for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue, so nobody will be allowed to waste the mission of our martyrs who scarified their present for our future.
He paid glowing tributes to Kashmir martyrs including Burhan-u-din Hijazi, Shakir gaznavi, Mohd Saleem Wasun, Ilyas Ahmad, Farooq Ahmad, Shaheed syed Kirmani  and others. He also paid tributes to Junior Agriculture scientist, Reyaz Ahmad Pandit,  Reyaz Ahmed Ronga  of Jamalata Srinagar including Syed Mohmmad Yousf Naqashbandi Makhama and Abdul Salam Wani of Kral pora Magam. Zaffer said that they all have also played a key role in Kashmir freedom movement, during movement pandit,s brother  was forced for migration. Besides that they were pious and religious man of the Kashmiri soil, Zaffer said.
Addressing delegations, Zaffer Akbar bhat said that through its military might and deceptive politics India can’t continue its illegal occupation over the state, and neither its puppets can deceive people on promising them to provide them better facilities or pressure them I way to stop electricity and water in routine.  He said that the so-called elections in Kashmir can’t be a substitute to Kashmir resolution.
Reacting to talks, Zaffer said that the strong pro-freedom leadership is only the forum that can decide upon dialogue offer, once New Delhi completes its elections. However, it is primary duty of APHC to take out UN resolution from in active session and to re-activate them. Unless and until UN resolutions are not made basis for any dialogue ,would never yield any result.

Meanwhile Zaffar expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the mother of PAK chapter Hurriyet leader, Abdul Majeed Malik,.

Zaffer condemns arrest of monomers, ban on muharam processions .Will continue efforts for unity among Shia Sunni under the command of Mirwaiz Umer Farooq.

Srinagar, November 17: Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Chairman Zaffer Akbar bhat today while addressing the Muhram procession taken out by Anjuman Sharee Sheiyan, condemned using of brute force on monomers and banning muharam procession which have age’s old history.
Muharam procession was led by president Anjuman Sharee Sheiyan, Sayed Aga Hussan Badgami. Adressing the procession Zaffer paid glowing tributes to Karbala Martyrs and said that banning muharam processions and using brute force on monomers is direct interference into the religion and against the democracy.
He said that such kind of interference into religious matters will not keep Muslims at bay neither they end the love they have the martyrs of Karbala.
He said that we will continue efforts for unity among all Kashmiri muslim uner the command of Mirwaiz Dr. Umer Farooq and thanked Shai-Sunni coordination committee and sr. members of Majlis Ithad including Mir Mushtaq ul Haq for keeping decades old brotherhood alive and thwarting the evil designs of those who are hell bent upon to divide muslim Ummah.   
Zaffar said the Martyrs of Karbla prefer to Martyrdom instead of surrender before oppressive Forces for Islam and right. In Kashmir thousands people have rendered sacrifices for right to self determination amd did not surrender before Indian suppressive Forces.
