heartiest wishes on the eve of Eid to the Muslim world especially the muslims of J&K for the perpetual peace in the region." People should celebrate Eid with austerity and help all those who suffered in this on going resistance movement and Eid should mark soliadrity with those who were martyred,put behind the bars and disappeared by the Indian forces and agencies"he said. "We should include the effected families,orphans and widows of our martyers , disappeared and prisoners on the occasion of Eid celebration .We should make them part of our celebrations and we should not forget the heirs of martyers ,disappeared and prisoners on the occasion of Eid ".Zaffar added. Zaffar appealed both the country heads and human world that the divided families across the LOC should be allowed to celebrate Eid together at the meeting points.He also appealed to the people that during Eid prayers they must pray for independence of kashmir,end of HRV and draconian laws at the hands of indian security forces and complete withdrawel of security forces from the state.
