Zaffar put under house arrest on the eve of 26th jan

Glowing Tributes to handwara and kupwara martyrs and condemned the harassment of people and arrest of Jail release youths on the eve of 26^th January Republican Day of India…..Zaffar.

Senior Hurriat leader and chairman Salvation movement Zaffar Akber Bhat in a statement paid glowing tributes to martyrs of Handwara and kupwara who were massacred by Indian Army before and after a day of 26^th Republican day of India. Affected families are still waiting for justice but despite of inquiry committees nothing  has come out in favour of Victims. Indian Army’s clean chit on Pathribal fake encounter case in favour of involved Army officers clearly shows that State authorities have nothing to do in such incidents  including CBI (indian’s most power full investigating agency). It is Army who decides that Kashmir is under their rule and whenever and where they want can kill any body with the help of Draconian laws  with out any reasons and no body can question them nor they will obey any investigation report including CBI.

Kashmiris are not against celebration of Republican Day as it is democratic right for them but kashmiris will observe it Black day as a protest upto Kashmir is liberated from Indian said Zaffar Akber Bhat.

Zaffar condemned the harassment of common people and arrest of jail released youths on the eve of 26^th jan Republican Day and said that how kashmiris are facing difficulties even 15^th august,26thjan and as and when any central authority from Dehli are visiting Kashmir. He appled to the world community to use their good office to stop the human rights violation continued at the hands of Indian forces in Kashmir.
