ondemned the continued human rights violations by Indian troops and re-arrest of senior APHC leader, Shabir Ahmad Shah and appealed to the international human rights organizations to take serious notice of these abuses. Referring to the Pakistan-India dialogue process, the speakers maintained that the centrality of the Kashmir dispute should be acknowledged in dialogue process.
