سنیئر حریت رہنماءو چیرمین سالویشن مومنٹ ظفر اکبر بٹ نے جموں کے شہےدوں کو خراج تحسےن ادا کر تے ہو ئے کہا کہ کشمےر ی عوام صوبہ جموں کے مسلمانوں کی قربانےوں کو کبھی فراموش نہےں کر ےنگے ہے 6نومبر 1947کو جموں میں ایک سازشی منصوبے کے تحت ہزاروں نہتے مسلمانوں کو دھوکے اور فریب کا سہارا لیکر ظالموں نے شہید کر دیا انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ شہداءکی قربانیاں قوم کا وہ عظیم سرمایہ ہے جسے وقت وقت پریاد کرنے سے برسرجدوجہد قوم کے ارادوں میں مضبوطی آجاتی ہے اور اپنی منزل کی جانب آگے بڑھنے کا نیا حوصلہ ملتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 6 نو مبر 1947 کا دن جموں وکشمےر کی سےاسی تارےخ کا اےسا قےامت خےز دن ہے جس دن جموں مےں مسلح فرقہ پر ستوں نے اےک منصوبہ بند سازش کے تحت نہاےت بے رحمی اور سنگدلی کے ساتھ ڈھائی لا کھ بے گناہ اور نہتے مسلمانوں کو تہ تےغ کر دےا ۔ظفر اکبر نے اس ہو لناک قتل عام پر جس مےں مرد عورتےں اور بچے بو ڑ ھے فرقہ پر ستوں کی درندگی کے شکار ہو کر جام شہادت نوش کر گئے اپنی بر ہمی اور ناراضگی جتاتے ہو ئے امےد ظاہر کی ہے کہ جموں وکشمےر کے عوام دو بار ہ اس قسم کی حےونےت اور درندگی کو دہرانے کی اجازت نہےں دےنگے ۔ انہوں نے جموں صوبہ کے مسلمانوں کی قربانےوں کے حوالے سے کہا کہ انکی قربانےاں رائےگاں نہےں جا ئےگی پوری قوم ان کی قربانےوں کو ےاد کر تی ہے ۔جموں کے تارکین وطن اور ان کی جا ئےداد وں کے حوالے سے قوم با خبر ہے پو نچھ ،راجوری ،جموں ،بھدرواوہ ،کشتواڑ ،ڈوڈہ اور رام بن کے لو گوں پر جو گذرتی ہے اس کا احساس پوری قوم کو ہے شہداءجموں کو خراج عقیدت ادا کرنے کا بہترین طریقہ یہی ہے کہ کشمیری عوام تب تک اپنی سیاسی جدوجہدجاری رکھیں گے جب تک نہ ریاستی عوام کو مکمل طورھندوستان کی غلامی سے نجات اور حق خود ارادیت نصیب نہیں ہوتی ہے۔
 دریں اثناءظفر اکبر بٹ نے سینئر صحافی بشیراحمد بشیر کی خوش دامن اور اونتی پورہ ا لمناک ایکسیڈنٹ میں جان بحق ہوئے صحافی شاہد رشید کے جواں سال فرزند فیصل رشید،کھور پٹن کے طالب علم قیصر محی الدین ، کانہامہ بڈگام کے طالب علم پیر سجاد شاہ اور گرےٹر کشمےر سے وابستہ انجینئر عبدالرحیم بٹہ مالو کی والدہ کے انتقال پُرملال پر رنج وغم کااظہار کرتے ہوئے مرحومین کی مغفرت اور جملہ غمزدگان کے صبرو جمیل کےلئے دُعا کی ۔ ظفر اکبر ایک وفد کے ہمراہ جس میں مولوی عبدالرشید،شفیع کشمیری ،اعجاز احمداور فردوس بڈگامی شامل تھے نے جواہرنگر ،بٹہ مالو،پارنیوہ بڈگام ،کانہامہ بیروہ اور کھور پٹن جاکر سوگواراںکے ساتھ یکجہتی و ہمدردی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے مرحومین کی مغفرت اور بلندی ¿ درجات اور لواحقین کے صبرو جمیل کے لےے دُعا کی اور کہا کہ ہم ان کے غم میں برابر کے شریک ہیں۔ انہوںنے کہا کہ موت ایک اٹل حقیقت ہے اور کسی بھی ذی روح کو اس سے مفر حاصل نہیں ہے۔ موت کا سبب، وقت اور مقام پہلے سے طے ہوتا ہے اور اس کو کسی بھی تدبیر یا ترکیب سے تبدیل نہیں کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ کسی کے مرنے پررنج و غم و دکھ ہونا ایک فطری معاملہ ہے

Zaffer, Mir, Andrabi led protest demonstration in ganderbal, against use of pepper gas, pellet bullets.

Srinagar, Nov 01: Terming the use of pepper gas, pellet bullets on peaceful protesters a worst human rights violation and violation of 10 December 1984 , New York United Nations Convention against Torture of which India is signatory along with 79 countries, Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Zaffer Akbar Bhat accompanied by Senior leader Javid Ahmad Mir, Syed Bashir Andrabi today led a protest demonstration against it in Khimber ganderbal  area of Kashmir valley were they offered Friday prayers JKSM workers of Distt. Ganderbal M shafi, Aijaz Ahmed,Naseer Ahmed, farooq Ahmed,Manzoor Ahmed, Shabir Ahmed accompanied Hurriat leaders.

Locals including hurriyat activists raised slogans against the use of pepper gas, pellet bullets on peaceful protesters and demanded an immediate ban on it, as it has hazardous effects on health.

Addressing gathering after Friday prayers, Zaffer Akbar Bhat expressed concern over the continuity of worst human rights perpetrated by Indian troops in the state by using force. He termed the use less lethal weapons as worst human rights violations and said because of its use hundreds of innocent youths in the state are living life of disability. “Due to use of pepper gas, pellet bullets scores of people especially youth have lost their eyes and others are having are suffering from different disorders.” He said.

Javid Ahmad Mir, addressing the gathering said that India by allowing its security forces to use less lethal weapons which has serious ill effects over the health of human beings is violating the 10 December 1984 , New York United Nations Convention against Torture which he had signed on 14 October 1997. Leaders said that courts should consider ground realities before passing judgments of public interest issue.

Addressing the gathering, APHC leaders Zaffar,Javed and Bashir Andrabi welcomed the statement of Pak prime Minister demanding third party intervention into Kashmir for its early resolution and said that if both the countries couldn’t have moved ahead for its resolution then third party’s intervention is necessary as the issue is a nuclear flash point in south Asian region and its resolution important for the sustainable peace, process and stability of the region

As a part of mass  people contact programme. While paying tributes to recently martyred Abbas Reshi Wani of Alshi pora( whose one younger brother namely as Ishfaq Ahmed Wani and cousin Tawseef Ahmed wagey have been detained for the last one year) that  matchless sacrifices given by people of Kashmir will not go waste. People of Kashmir will safeguard the sacrifices and will take mission of martyr to its logical end politically. Kashmiri people have given sacrifies for Kashmir resolution not for boarder dispute. While condemning the arrest of Zahoor Ahmed Bhat under PSA including two youths said that martyrdom and arrests will not weaken the on going freedom movement. Zaffar and Andrabi paying tributes to Kashmiri martyrs including Abbas Reshi,Engineer GM khan, M yaqoob bhat,nazir ahmed wagey, Zabi ullah said these sacrifiece have highlighten the Kashmir dispute at the world map.

Zaffar and Andarabi at Bonagam Shopian condoled the demise of Young Engineer Khurshid Ahmed and throw light on his services rendered for Islam,freedom movement and social activities. Zaffar alongwith delegation visited his residence and express solidarity with their family.

Meanwhile Zaffar condole the demise of Daughter of Famous Human Rights activist Ahsen Owntoo and send a delegation headed by M sarwar to his residence at Dewar, Lolab to express solidarity with Ahsen owntoo and other family members.
