Addressing a gathering in Toolnawpora area of Kulgam district in South Kashmir,  Senior APHC Leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Chairman, Zaffer Akbar Bhat said that after India and Pakistan came into existence in 1947, 1948 Indian Prime minister Jawahar Lal Nehru in Lalchowk, parliament  and through resolutions and all india radio has promised with Kashmiri Nation that they give people of Jammu and Kashmir a chance to exercise their birth right ‘right to self determination’ but unfortunately since then the government of India failed to fulfill its promise with the people of state.
