Zaffer condemns arrest of monomers, ban on muharam processions .Will continue efforts for unity among Shia Sunni under the command of Mirwaiz Umer Farooq.

Srinagar, November 17: Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Chairman Zaffer Akbar bhat today while addressing the Muhram procession taken out by Anjuman Sharee Sheiyan, condemned using of brute force on monomers and banning muharam procession which have age’s old history.

Muharam procession was led by president Anjuman Sharee Sheiyan, Sayed Aga Hussan Badgami. Adressing the procession Zaffer paid glowing tributes to Karbala Martyrs and said that banning muharam processions and using brute force on monomers is direct interference into the religion and against the democracy.

He said that such kind of interference into religious matters will not keep Muslims at bay neither they end the love they have the martyrs of Karbala.

He said that we will continue efforts for unity among all Kashmiri muslim uner the command of Mirwaiz Dr. Umer Farooq and thanked Shai-Sunni coordination committee and sr. members of Majlis Ithad including Mir Mushtaq ul Haq for keeping decades old brotherhood alive and thwarting the evil designs of those who are hell bent upon to divide muslim Ummah.   

Zaffar said the Martyrs of Karbla prefer to Martyrdom instead of surrender before oppressive Forces for Islam and right. In Kashmir thousands people have rendered sacrifices for right to self determination amd did not surrender before Indian suppressive Forces.

Senior Hurriat Leaders and Chairman salvation movement Zaffar akber Bhat  and Chairman liberation front Javed Ahmed Mir strongly condemned the Govt; restriction on the eve of 10^th Moharam ul Harram(YOUM E AASHOORA) in  different area,s including Srinagar and Budgam to prevent the people to participate in Martyrs of Karbal procession . They condemned the House arrest of APHC chairman Mirwaiz Umer farooq and arrest of mourners  to prevent them to take Aashura procession . Both leaders give slip to Police and CRPF at Bemina, Humhama,Ompora and managed to reach Budgam where they participated in Aashura procession led by Syed Aga Hassan badgami, Senior Hurriat leader. To show unity amoung Shia Sunni muslims Both leaders Zaffar And Javed and other Sunni Muslims including Majlis tafuz e Ithaad offered Friday prayers.

After prayers a Aashura procession was led by Syed Aga Hassan Badgami including zaffar Akber Bhat, Javed Mir from Behsht e Zuhra Park to Immam Bara Budgam and paid glowing tributes to Martyrs of Karbal who and his supporters did not surrender before oppressive forces but give preference to martyrdom. They also paid tributes to martyrs of Kashmir who also did not surrender before the Indian Govt, and its Armed forces but continue to take ongoing freedom movement politically to its logical end despite of martyrdom, arrestes and suppression from Govt; Armed forces.

Srinagar, Nov 08: Senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader, Jammu Kashmir salvation movement Chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat along with Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (H) Chairman Javed Ahmad Mir and Syed Bashir Indrabi today addressed a huge gathering in main chow Beerwah Budgam after Friday prayers.

Scores of people from the area joined the gathering and raised slogans in favour of Islam, Azadi and against the illegal occupation of the state by Indian troops.

Addressing the gathering, Zaffer Akbar Bhat and Javid Ahmad Mir criticized claim of India and its puppets that Jammu and Kashmir is the integral part of India. They said that India by its military might occupy state on 27^th October in 1947 which is reality now acclaimed by Indian politicians themselves like L K Adavni. They said that BJP Senior leader L K Adavni in its recent statement certified that Jammu And Kashmir State was inlegally occupied by the Indian army besides Jawarlal Nehru took the issue in United Nations and assured people of the state that they will be given opportunity to decide the future.

They said that BJP Leader himself claimed that Sardar Patel insisted Nehru to send troops in Jammu and Kashmir that clearly suggests that Indian politicians to acknowledge that India occupied state illegally.

Reacting to Rahul Gandhi’s recent visit, leaders said that it was his grandfather who promised Kashmiris in Lal-chowk  that they will given their right to decide their future but till time India continues to grab the birth right of Kashmiri people and now Rahul Gandhi from the chowk is doing the drama of so-called elections in the state.

They said that it is the Congress government that is totally responsible for the bloodshed in the state, because of them (Congress) Indian army continues to violate human rights in the state and hundreds of youths have been awarded capital punishment and rigorous life imprisonment through its controlled judiciary system in the country.

They said that Kashmiris like Mohd Ayoub Dar, Nazeer Ahmad Sheikh, Showket Ahmad Khan, Mohmmad Qasim, Masrat Aalam Bhat, Gulam Qadir Bhat, Eng. Fgarooq Ahmad was been awarded rigorous life imprisonment in fake cases. While as it was the congress who hanged Shaheed Mohmmad Maqbool Bhat and Shaheed Mohmamd Afzal Guru and also didn’t returned their remains their families, which itself exposed the criminal face of congress.  

Leaders criticized Rahul Gandhi for stroking with emotions of people and said that if he is a politician with conscious then he should fulfill the promise of his grandfather, which had made in Lal-Chowk Srinagar.

SENIOR APHC LEADER AND CHAIRMAN SALVATION  ZAFFAR AKBER BHAT PAID GLOWING TRIBUTES TO MARTYRS OF JAMMU WHO WERE KILLED BY INDIANTROOPS,MAHARAJA TROOPS AND HINDU EXTREMIST ON 6 Nov. 1947. Zaffar said that till the end of Indian occupation on J&K State is over we will continue our political struggle for right to self determination .

People of the state have rendered matchless sacrifices for the k resolution to implement the UN resolution s in which people of the state will have to decide their future.

Zaffar stress that GOI should shun the rigidity and accept realization that Kashmir is still disputed and  unless Kashmir dispute is not settled according to the wishes of people peace and stability will not prevail in sub continuent.
