ہلاکت کے بعد پولیس اور انتظامیہ نے حرےت کانفرنس کے دونوں دھڑوں اور لبریشن فرنٹ کے سربراہان سمےت ایک درجن کے قرےب علیحدگی پسند لیڈران کو اپنے گھروں میں نظر بند کردیا ہے۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق شوپیاں میں 2جواں سال خواتےن کی پر اسرار ہلاکت اور اس پر تشدد بھڑک اٹھنے کے خدشے کے پیش نظر پولیس اور سول انتظامیہ نے آج صبح سے ہی حرےت کانفرنس (گ) کے چےرمین سید علی شاہ گےلانی ،حرےت کانفرنس(ع) کے چےرمین میر واعظ عمر فاروق ،لبریشن فرنٹ سربراہ محمد یاسین ملک ،محمد سلیم ننھا جی ،سید سلیم گےلانی ،ظفر اکبر بٹ ،جاوید احمد میر ،حکیم عبدالرشید،فریدہ بہن جی سمےت دیگر کئی لیڈران کو اپنے گھروں میں نظر بند کر دیا ۔ذرائع نے بتاےا کہ حرےت (گ)چےرمین سید علی شاہ گےلانی کو آج تحریک حرےت کی طرف سے اولڈ برزلہ عید گاہ میں سیرتی مقابلے میں مہمان خصوصی کی حےثےت سے شرکت کرنی تھی اور نظر بندی کے باعث وہ شرکت نہیں کر سکے جس کے بعد انہوں نے ٹیلی فون پر ہی تقرےب سے خطاب کیا ۔ادھر حرےت کانفرنس(ع) کے چےرمین میر واعظ عمر فاروق کی ہداےت پر آج ایک اعلیٰ سطحی وفد شوپیاں روانہ ہوا جہاں انہوں نے دو جواں سال خواتےن کی ہلاکت کے بعد ان کے لواحقین سے تعزےت اور ہمدردی کا اظہار کیا ۔وفد میں محمد یوسف نقاش ،یاسمین راجہ ،بشےر اندرابی اور فاروق احمد سودا گر بھی تھے جنہوں نے سوگواکبنے کے ساتھ تعزےت کی اور ان کی ڈھارس بندھائی جبکہ اس موقعہ پر وفد نے میر واعظ عمر فاروق کی طرف سے ایک تعزیتی پیغام بھی پڑھ کر سنایا ۔اس دوران میر واعظ عمر فاروق نے کے این ایس کو بتاےا کہ حرےت کی طرف سے لوگوں سے اپیل کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ کل یکم جون کو اس واقعہ کے خلاف پر امن رےاست گےر احتجاج کریں اور ہر ضلع ہیڈ کوارٹر ،تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر اور دیگر جگہوں پر لوگ اس واقعے کے خلاف اپنا احتجاج درج کریں ۔انہوں نے لوگوں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ کل شام 9بجے سے لیکر10بجے تک ایک گھنٹے کیلئے مکمل بلیک آﺅٹ کر کے اپنا احتجاج درج کریں اور اےسا کرنے سے لوگوں کا ماتم ظاہر ہو گا۔ادھر حرےت کے میڈےا ایڈوائزر سید سلیم گےلانی نے کے این ایس کو بتاےا کہ اس واقعے کی فوری طور پر غےر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات عمل میں لائی جائے اور تحقیقات کے دوران لوگوں کو بھی شامل کیا جائے ۔اس دوران لبریشن فرنٹ (ر)کے سربراہ محمد سلیم ننھا جی نے سید علی شاہ گےلانی کی طرف سے یکم جون کو دی گئی ہڑتالی کال کی حماےت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ لوگوں کو چاہئے کہ وہ اس دن شوپیاں واقعے کے خلاف پر امن احتجاج کریں ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ رہائی کے بعد بھی مسلسل نظر بند ہیں جس سے یہ واضح ہوتا ہے کہ کشمیریوں پر کتنے مظالم ڈھائے جا رہے ہیں ۔ادھردختران ملت کی سربراہ آسیہ اندرابی نے سید علی شاہ گےلانی کی طرف سے شوپیاں واقعے کے خلاف یکم جون کو دی گئی ہڑتالی کال کی حماےت کی ہے ۔دریں اثناءتحریک حرےت کے جنرل سیکرےٹری محمد اشرف صحرائی اور سینئر رہنماءمحمد اشرف لایا کو آج پولیس نے گرفتار کر کے شیر گڈھی تھانے میں بند کر دیا ہے ۔ان کی گرفتاری کی حرےت ترجمان ایاز اکبر نے مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ قابل افسوس اقدام ہے کہ ایک مہینے سے زائد عرصے کیلئے محمد اشرف صحرائی کو پہلے گھر میں نظر بند رکھا گےا اور اب باضابطہ طور پر گرفتار کر کے تھانے میں قید رکھا گےا ہے جس کی جتنی مذمت کی جائے کم ہے۔

Senior Hurriyat Leader Zaffar Akbar Bhat was arrested at Kralpora while he was leading the protest rally against human rights violations from Wathora to Srinagar. In his speach at wathora chowk while addressing the protest gathering he condemned the human rights violations, atrocities, inhuman treatment of prisoners, custodial killings and excessive use of force on people who had gathered to mourn the brutal killing of Arif Ayub by security forces. He further said that no dialogue with India was possible unless the draconian laws like AFSPA, PSA etc. were repealed. Zaffar Akber Bhat said that the presence of Indian forces in large numbers in J&k was solely responsible for these excesses and violations committed by Indian forces in Kashmir. In this context he appealed to whole world community particularly to USA, EU &OIC to pressurize India to withdraw its troops from Kashmir so as to find a durable and long lasting solution to the Kashmir issue . In his address Zaffar Akbar Bhat urged upon India to withdraw its troops from Kashmir without any delay so that the sincerity on the part of Indian Govt. to solve the Kashmir issue through dialogue process is proved. He further said that unresolved Kashmir issue hinders the peace and prosperity in sub continent.
Zaffar Akbar Bhat also expressed serious concern over the present situation in Pakistan. While extending solidarity with the victims of Lahore blast, he strongly condemned it and termed such acts as brutal, inhuman and terrorist activities .He urged Taliban to shun the path of violence and start dialogue process to reach a justified solution. He further said that such activities caused a great harm to the cause of Islam and Pakistan as well.

(PCPSr.Hurriyat Leader and Acting Chairman Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement Zaffar Akbar Bhat in a statement has praised Secretary General of OIC Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu. "Kashmir is a core issue between Pakistan and India; other outstanding issues cannot settled without acceptable and durable resolution of Kashmir,” Bhat said. Zaffar reiterated that are several instances in which two countries agreed to go for the agreements in the Past, but when Kashmir is put on back burner -- yielded no results !.Zaffar Akbar maintained that OIC being the responsible realm, therefore it is mandatory upon them to solve the much vexed issue of Kashmir-bone of contention between two nuclear powers of the subcontinent. It is worth to mention that the tense situation there is still at a standstill due to the failure to implement the relevant UN Security Council resolutions. My special envoy to Jammu Kashmir has paid a visit to both Islamabad and Muzaffarabad to discuss developments in this connection, Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary general of OIC, while addressing 36th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers at Damascus had said.Earlier on Monday Hurriyat Conference Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq hailed the statement of OIC and urged the organization to send a team to the divided parts of Kashmir to assess the ground situation.“We welcome the statement of OIC, they can not only raise the issue of Kashmir in International forums but can play an important role in resolving the long pending Kashmir issue,” said APHC Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq.

Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement ,Zaffar Akbar Bhat ,who is under house arrest for the past 11 days ,Tuesday appealed to the people of north Kashmir for complete boycott of ensuring parlimantary polls on Wednesday.
Zaffar ,according to a JKSM statement ,urged people of kupwara ,varmul and Bandipora districts not to be carried away by the gimmicks of pro-inda politicians and stay indoor on may 13 .
He said the people of kashmir had offered supreme sacrifices of life and property for the freedom of their homelande ,not not for any election or selection .He demended resolution of Kashmir issue through tri-partite talks.
Meanwhile ,a deligation of JKSM led by its leader Molvi Ab .Rashid on Tuesday visited to residence of Ab.Qayoom to express solidarity with him on the demise of his daughter who was crushed to death by an army vehicle.
