APHC Delegation Led by senior Hurriyat Leader and Chairman Salvation Movement Zaffar Akber Bhat visited Garikhal, Awantipora Pulwama to express solidarity with the family of Shaheed Dr Mudasir Ahmad shah S/O Bashir Ahmad Shah , Zaffar while addressing a public gathering at Garikhal Awantipora on the Resm-e-Chaharum of Shaheed Mudasir Ahmad Shah that he has repeated the history .The son of our soil have proved themselves time and again .They have left their luxurious jobs and sacrificed for the right to self determination of the people here. While paying rich tributes to Mudasr Ahmad Shah reiterated that the mission of martyrs will be taken to its logical end. Zaffar said. It was because of their supreme sacrifices that Kashmir issue had become the focus of international attention. and world powers are trying to pressure the boath Governments of India Pakistan to resolve the dispute,he said .Zaffar urged the people and profreedom leadership to continue the mission of martyrs unitedly till India find political soluation according to the wishes of the people of Kashmir .No talks between India Pakistan will brought any success unless and until (GOI) will accept the Kashmir as a dispute and kashmiri as a prime party of the dispute . Speciall parayers offered for Shaheed Mudasir and other martyrs of Kashmir at the grave yard and on the occasion people reiterated their resolve to take the mission of martyrs forward.

The APHC leaders including ZaffarAkbar Bhat, Mohammad Yousuf Naqash, Hakim Abdul Rashidand Mushtaq Ahmad Sofi were arrested today while they were on their way to Baramulla town to express solidaritywith the family of the martyred school boy who was killedin police action on Friday in the town.
The delegation led Zaffar Akbar Bhat were arrested at Mirgund area while on their way to Baramulla town to express solidarity with the family of the martyred student.
The leaders were taken into custody at Mirgund near Pattan, a spokesman of the JKSM said that its Party Chairman along with APHC leader were arrested by police on Monday while he was going towards Baramulla to express sympathies with the bereaved family of Irfan Ahmad who was killed after hit by a police teargas shell.
The spokesman in a statement in Srinagar strongly denounced the killing in Baramulla, terming it as the worst example of human rights violations in Kashmir. He urged the International community to intervene and help resolve the Kashmir dispute.

۔ترجمان نے کہا کہ حریت قائدین کی سیاسی اورتحریکی سرگرمیوں پر قدغن عائید کرنے سے حریت قائدین کو مبنی برحق جدو جہد جاری رکھنے سے باز نہیں رکھا جاسکتا ۔ترجمان نے کہا کہ ایک طرف آئے روز بھارتی فورسز کشمیری نوجوانوں کو اپنے مظالم کا شکار بنا رہی ہے اور دوسری طرف بھارت سرکار کشمیر کو اپنا اٹوٹ انگ قرار دے کر صرف عالمی رائے عامہ کو گمراہ کرنے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہی ہے کیونکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کو عالمی سطح پہ حل کرنے کیلئے جو سیاسی اور سفارتی سرگرمیان جاری ہیں اُن سے کسی بھی طور کی چشم پوشی تاریخی حقائق سے انحراف کے مترادف ہی کہی جاسکتی ہے ۔ ظفر اکبر بٹ، یوسف نقاش اورحکیم عبدالرشید کو ساتھیوں سمیت گرفتار کرکے تھانے میں بند کردیا۔سالویشن موومنٹ نے حریت رہنماو¿ں کی گرفتار ی کی شدید مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ puppet authorities اوربھارتی سیکورٹی ایجنسیاں کشمیری قائدین کو عوام سے دور رکھنے کےلئے انہیں بار بار پابند سلا سل کررہی ہیں۔ تنظیم کے ترجمان نے کہا کہ مرکزی اور puppet authorities حریت رہنماو¿ں کی گرفتاری اور دیگر ہتھکنڈوں سے اپنے مذموم مقاصد اور سازشوں میںکامیاب نہیں ہوگی۔یاد رہے جمعہ کی شام کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کے شمالی ضلع بارہ مولہ میں شہری پر امن مظاہرہ کررہے تھے کہ بھارتی سکیورٹی اہلکاروں نے ان پرشدید لاٹھی چارج کیا اوراندھا دھند ٹیر گیس شلنگ کئے جس سے مظاہرے میں شریک ساتویں جماعت کا طالبعلم عرفان احمد لون شہید ہوگیا اور چار دیگر کمسن طالب علم بھی زخمی ہوئے۔طالبعلم کی شہادت کے اس واقعہ کے بعد وادی کے طول و عرض میں بھارتی فوج کیخلاف ایک بار پھر نہ روکنے والا احتجاجی مظاہروں کا سلسلہ شروع ہواجس میں بلا امتیاز مرد، خواتین، بوڑھے اور بچے شریک ہورہے ہیں۔گزشتہ تین روز سے بارہمولہ، سری نگر، بڈگام، سمیت تمام اضلاع میں مسلسل لوگ سڑکوں پر نکل کر حکومت سے اس واقعہ میں ملوث اہلکاروں کو بے نقاب کرکے انہیں پھانسی پر لٹکانے کا مطالبہ کررہے ہیں۔

Paying rich tributes to the martyrs, the Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement chairman Zaffar Akbar Bhat said Kashmir issue was brought to global focus because of their sacrifices only. Zaffar was addressing a function organized in memory of Captain Shafa’at and Col. Hyder on their 15th martyrdom anniversary and Muhammad Ashraf Ganai of Mithan and Naseer Ahmad of Aripathan on their third martyrdom anniversary. He reiterated the pledge to take the mission of martyrs to its logical end. Zaffar lashed out at the government for detaining pro-freedom leaders and activists under public safety act (PSA) and disturbed area act and other black laws. He said such repressive steps by the government could not prevent the pro-freedom Muslims from pursuing the cause of freedom.
