سرینگر: اکتوبر21: کل جماعتی حریت کانفرس کے شعبہ رابطہ عامہ کے سربراہ و جموں و کشمیر سالویشن مومنٹ کے چیرمین ظفر اکبر بٹ نے ۷۱ اور ۲۲ اکتوبر ۳۹۹۱ میں بجبہاڈہ،پانار بانڈی پورہ ،درگاہ حضرت بل کے (۰۷ )ستھر سے رائدشہیدوں اورسرکردہ و معروف آزادی پسند و سابقون الاولون لیڈرشہید محمد اشرف ڈار اور شہید روف رسول کو خراج عقیدت ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کشمیری قوم نے مسئلہ کشمیر کے پرامن حل کیلے قربانیاں پیش کی ہے۔
ظفر اکبر بٹ نے پارٹی لیڈروں کے ہمراہ آج مزار شہدا سنور کلی پورہ میںحاضری دی او ر بیسویں ۰۲ برسی کے موقعہ پرشہید محمد اشرف ڈار کے علاوہ مقامی مزار میںسو(۰۰۱) کے قریب شہیدوں اور معروف حریت پسند و سالویشن مومنٹ کے لیڈر روف رسول بٹ کو انکی ۹ نویں برسی پر خراج عقیدت و خراج تحسین ادا کیا۔انہوں نے بھارتی فوج کے ہاتھوں حضرت بل،بجبہاڈہ اور پانار بانڈی پورہ میں شہید ہوئے ۰۷ سے زائدبے گناہ کشمیریوں کو بھی خراج عقیدت ادا کیا۔ انہوں شہدا کے انفرادی اور اجتماعی رول جو انہوں تحریک آزادی میں نبھایا پر تفصیل کے ساتھ روشنی ڈالی اور سراہنا کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ شہداءکشمیر کے مشن کو منتقعی انجام تک پہچانے کیلے کشمیری قوم برابر جدوجہد کرگی۔ شہید محمد اشرف ڈار کی بہادری اور ایمانداری کی تعریفیں کرتے ہوئے ظفر اکبر بٹ نے کہا کہ بھارتی فوج نے شہید محمد اشرف ڈار کو گرفتار کرنے کیلے ہیلی کاپٹر کا استعما ل کیا۔
ظفراکبربٹ پارٹی کارکنوں کے ہمراہ جن میںسینر لیڈر ذلفکار حمید۔مولوی رشید، مشتاق فراحی، اعجاز بیگ، ناصر مشتاق، نے شہید محمد اشرف ڈار اور شہید محمد روف رسول کے گھر جاکر انکے افراد خانہ کے ساتھ ہمدردی کا اظہار کیا۔ اس سے قبل ظفر اکبربٹ نے مزار شہدا پر ایک بھاری عوامی اجتماع سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے اس اعظم کو دہرایا کہ وہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے حتمی حل تک سیاسی جدوجہد جاری رکھے گے اور کشمیری قوم کی طرف سے دی گی قربانیوں کو ضایع نہیں ہونے دیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے مسئلہ کشمیر انتہائی اہمیت کا حامل ہے کیونکہ اس مسئلے کے نہ حل ہونے کی وجہ سے پورے جنوبی ایشائی خطے کا امن داو پر لگا ہے۔ جبکہ سرحدوں پر جاری تناو سے دونوں اطراف کی آبادی خوف زدہ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ برفانی چوٹیوں پر رقومات خرچ کرنے سے بہتر ہے کہ دونوں ممالک مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کےلے آگے آئے۔
ظفر اکبر بٹ نے پاکستانی وزیراعظم کے اس بیان کا خیرمقدم کیا جس میں انہوں نے مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل کیلے اقوام متحدہ کی مداخلت کی مانگ کی کیونکہ اقوام متحدہ کی پاس کردہ قرادادیں مسئلہ کشمیر کو قانونی جوازیت فراہم کررہے ہیں انہوں نے بھارتی امور خارجہ سلمان خورشید کے اس بیان کی سخت نکتہ چینی کی جس میں انہوں نے کشمیر کو پھر ایک بار بھارت کا اٹوٹ انگ قرار دیا ہے ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کسی کے کہنے سے کشمیر کشمیریوں کی رضامندی کے بغیر کسی ملک کا اٹوٹ انگ نہیں ہوسکتا بلکہ بھارت کو ہٹ دھرمی کی پالسی طرک کرکے مسئلہ کشمیر کو حل کرنے کیلے آگے آنا چاہے۔

Tuesday said the people of Kashmir had offered supreme
sacrifices for the resolution of Kashmir dispute.

along with party leaders today visited Sanoor Kalipora martyrs
grave yard and paid glowing tributes over
hundred martyrs including
prominent freedom
leader Mohammad Ashraf dar of Sanoor Kali
Pora,Budgam on 20th martyrdom anniversary. He also paid glowing
tributes to Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement leader shaheed Rouf
Rasool on his 9th martyrdom anniversary and thrown light on their role
that they have played in the Kashmir freedom struggle. He said that
both leaders were brave and pious and said that for the first time
Indian troops used helicopter in siege and search operation.
He also paid glowing tributes to martyrs of Hzratbal, Bijbehara and panaar
Bandipora
who fell the bullets of Indian army troops on 17 and 22 of October in
1993 respectively and achieved the martyrdom in the indiscriminate
firing.
Zaffer along with senior party leaders including zulfiqar hameed,Molvi
Rashid, Mushtaq Farahee,Aijaz Beigh,Nasir Mushtaq visited the
residence both the martyred leaders and expressed solidarity with the
families of great martyrs .
Earlier addressing a huge gathering, Zaffer reiterated that they will
continue to struggle politically for the permanent resolution of
Kashmir issue and scarifies of martyrs will not be allowed to go
waste.
He said that Kashmir issue is of vital importance as it has endangered
the peace in whole south Asian and keeping LOC hot was not the
solution which has threatened common people on both sides. He said
that instead of wasting resources on snow peaks and on no man’s land,
India and Pakistan should come forward positively for the resolution
of Kashmir issue.
Zaffer also hailed the recent statement of Pakistan Prime Nawaz
Sharief in which he has demanded the intervention of United Nations as
the resolution passed in the United Nations for the rock bed of the
issue.
He also criticized Indian foreign minister Salman Khursheed
for
terming Kashmir as integral part of India and
said that instead of
issuing unrealistic statements they should come
forward for Kashmir
resolution according to whishes of Kashmiri
people which is imperative for peace in sub continent.
