 سرینگر ۸۱ ۱کتوبرا۔کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس کے لیڈر اور سالویشن مومنٹ کے چیرمین ظفر اکبر بٹ نے آری باغ ،کنی پورہ میں ایک جلسے سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مسئلہ کشمیر کے قابل قبول حل پر زور دیتے ھندوستان اور پاکستان کے حکمرانوں سے بامعنی مذاکرات شروع کرنے پُر زور اپیل کی۔مسئلہ کشمیر کے حوالے سہ فریقی مذاکرات ناگُزیر ہیں ۔دلی و ریاستی حکام نے کشمیری محبوسین کو عید کے موقع پررہا کرنے کے بجائے کئی ایک جسمیں جناب فلاحی صاحب،سات بہن کے اکلوتے بھائی مشتاق احمد،نوہٹہ بھی شامل ہیںپر پبلک سیفٹی ایکٹ عید سے دو دن پہلے لاگو کیا جو کہ انسانیت اور جمہوری اقداروں کی بلکل منافی ہے۔
جنگ تباہی اور بُربادی ہے اور دونوں ملکوں کے مشترکہ دشمن یہی چاہتے ہیں کہ دونوں ملک آپس میں ہمیشہ لڑتے رہیں لیکن ریاست جموں و کشمیر کے عوام دونوں ملکوں کو دوستی اور ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں جسکا راستہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے آبرو مندانہ حل سے گُذرتا ہے۔ جتنا جلدی اس دیرینہ تنازعہ کو حل کیا جاتا ہے اور کشمیریوں کو انکا پیدائشی حق حق خود ارادیت دیا جاتا ہے اتنی ہی جلدی بر صغیر میں امن قائم ہوگا۔

Zaffer demands resolution of Kashmir dispute
Srinagar, October 18 : All Parties Hurriyet Conference senior leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM) ,Zaffer Akbar Bhat has urged India and Pakistan to start a tripartite meaningful and result oriented dialogue process for the early resolution of decades old Kashmir dispute due which the peace in south Asian region on edge.
After Friday prayers, addressing a huge gathering in Aribagh Kannipora Chadora Budgam, he said Kashmir was a political dispute and should be resolved politically through meaningful tripartite talks.
He stressed inclusion of true leadership of the Kashmiri people in the dialogue process between Pakistan and India, as without their involvement talks might not succeed. He said that Kashmir was an important dispute that had created uncertainty in the entire South Asian region because it was between the two nuclear powers of South Asia.
He maintained that India wanted to perpetuate its occupation of Kashmir by putting Kashmiri youth behind the bars and killing people randomly. He pointed out those gross human rights violations would continue till the presence of Indian troops.
The APHC leader said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir had been rendering unparalleled sacrifices for the past over six decades to secure their birthright to self-determination and their sacrifices would never be allowed to go waste.
He said that dialogue process and human rights violations could not go side by side and maintained that the world human rights organizations should take a serious note of the rights abuses in the territory.
Earlier addressing Friday congregations at Jami Masjid Hafsa in the same area, he castigated state authorities for the strict restrictions over pro-freedom leadership on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha and said the interference into religious matter is intolerable.
He said despite of releasing Kashmiri prisoners on the eve of eid ul azha Govt; has slapping PSA including alone brother of 7 sisters Mushtaq Ahmed of Nowhatta and M Yousf Falahee which is against humanity and democracy. Families of detunes were waiting for their loves one to celebrate and share EID happiness with them, but this has become now a beautiful dream for them.
