and chairman salvation movement Zaffar Akber Bhat alongwith sr hurriat leader
syed Bashir Andrabi,Molve m rafiq, adnan Kashmiri,m shafi and firdous ahmed visit Alshi
pora,Nagbal,Turkawangam,Imam sahib of Shopian Distt. As a part of mass people contact programme. While paying
tributes to recently martyred Abbas Reshi Wani of Alshi pora( whose one younger
brother namely as Ishfaq Ahmed Wani and cousin Tawseef Ahmed wagey have been
detained for the last one year) that matchless
sacrifices given by people of Kashmir will not go waste. People of Kashmir will
safeguard the sacrifices and will take mission of martyr to its logical end
politically. Kashmiri people have given sacrifies for Kashmir resolution not
for boarder dispute. While condemning the arrest of Zahoor Ahmed Bhat under PSA
including two youths said that martyrdom and arrests will not weaken the on
going freedom movement. Zaffar and Andrabi paying tributes to Kashmiri martyrs
including Abbas Reshi,Engineer GM khan, M yaqoob bhat,nazir ahmed wagey, Zabi
ullah said these sacrifiece have highlighten the Kashmir dispute at the world
map.
Zaffar and
Andarabi at Bonagam Shopian condoled the demise of Young Engineer Khurshid
Ahmed and throw light on his services rendered for Islam,freedom movement and
social activities. Zaffar alongwith delegation visited his residence and
express solidarity with their family.
Meanwhile
Zaffar condole the demise of Daughter of Famous Human Rights activist Ahsen
Owntoo and send a delegation headed by M sarwar to his residence at Dewar,
Lolab to express solidarity with Ahsen owntoo and other family members.

Govt; who left unresolved, to resolve kasmir issue.
Srinagar, October 27:
Police on Satarday evening put senior Hurriyat leader and Jammu Kashmir
salvation movement chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat under house arrest and restricted
his political activities ahead of 27 October that was observed as a black day
by the people of the state, Jammu and Kashmir.
Salvation movement
spokesman condemned the police action and said that India can’t get success in
silencing the freedom movement among the people neither they can back hold the
leadership.
On the eve of Kashmir
black day, Salvation movement chairman Zaffer Akbar Bhat said that on 27th of
October in 1947 Indian army illegally invaded the state and since worst kind of
human rights violations by the hands of Indian army troops continue to take
place.
He said international
organization like United Nations have maintained a silence over the issue due
which questions are being over the integrity off such institutions. He said
that still peaceful population of the state have kept a hope with these international
institutions and international comminuty including British Govt; who left
unresolved k issu, so they should play their role as the Kashmiri can use their
birth right ‘right to self determination’ guaranteed by the
resolutions passed in United Nations.
Zaffer said that since
27th October 1947 people of the state besides India’s
oppressive policies , killing innocents without any reason, putting Kashmiri
youths, leadership into jails, etc people continue to fight politically against
this Indian military aggression that they will continue till Kashmir gets
freedom.
He said that India
can’t muzzle the freedom movement by its powerful military might as the people
of the state are dedicated towards the movement.
Meanwhile on the
direction of Zaffar akber Bhat JKSM delegation headed by Adnan salfi and Molvi
Mohmmad Rafiq participated in nimazi jinaza of Shaheed Abbas Reshi and visited
his residenc at Alshipora Shopian and expressed solidarity with the family
Reshi who was martyred by Indian troops yesterday.

Ahmad Mir today addressing a large gathering at Kaisermulla,chadoora distt.
Budgam described 27th October, the day on which Indian forces
invaded the J & K, and illegally occupied the state is the darkest day in
Kashmir history and said the state terrorism, worst human rights violations
and brutal killings since the date continue take place.
Addressing the
gathering Zaffer Akbar Bhat said that India, under a conspiracy, landed its
troops in Srinagar and subjugated the people of Jammu and Kashmir. They said
it is only because of India’s military aggression since the day worst kind of
human rights violations by the hands of Indian army troops like brutal
killings of innocent youths, rapes of innocent kashmiri girls, enforced
disappearances of youths, killings in tourcher cells of forces camps took
place, amid to silence the people’s voice demanding ‘right to self
determination.’
He said that since
the day, Indian troops killed Kashmiri people in Lakhs and bluntly world
community could not utter a single word in favor of Kashmiri people. He He
saluted the Kashmiris who laid down their lives for the Kashmir cause and
reaffirmed that they will continue to struggle till Kashmir dispute gets
resolved in accordance with the people’s aspirations.
He said that the
resolution of internationally recognized Kashmir dispute is need of the hour
as the issue is between nuclear countries due to which it is now a nuclear
flash point in whole South Asia and thus has put the peace and stability of
region in danger. He urged United Nations to full fill its obligations
regarding resolution of Kashmir issue.

LOC Skirmish, Zaffer and Javed appealed both the countries to stop innocent
people on both sides of it and start a meaningful, credible and result
oriented dialogue process involving Kashmiri leadership for the durable
solution of decades old Kashmir issue.
Javed Ahmad Mir
while addressing the gathering termed 27 October as black day and
said that since the day when Indian troops occupied state illegally tried
every brutal tact like Killing, forcing our youths to disappear, by hanging
our people, by putting our youths in infamous jails, used rape and
molestation as a tool for to suppress the freedom sentiment among people but
they never got success and India’s brutal Kashmir policy failed. He said that
India on one side is killing Kashmiri people on roads but on the other side
they were holding farce elections in the territory as to mislead world
community by giving them impression to the international community that there
was democracy in the state.
He said since
the 27october people of the state have rendered their precious
lives for a just cause and thus we will continue to struggle till we will
pursue our scared goal.
Both the leaders
urged people of the state support APHC CALL to observe a complete shutdown
on 27 of October as to give a message to international community
that they reject India’s illegal hold on their homeland
Meanwhile Zaffer
Akbar Bhat and Javed Ahmad Mir expressed serious concern over the reveling of
more 130 unidentfied graves in Sumbal Sonawari area of north Kashmir by human
rights group Voice of Victmis and urged international community and human
rights organizations to mount pressure on India so that DNA tests of those
buried in these graves may be collected and involved troops may get punished.

Zaffer visited khoor
pattan, paid tributes to martyrs,UN have to play role to resolve Kashmir issue
to continue the credibility of the World institution (UN).
Srinagar, October 24:
Senior Hurriat Leader and chairman salvation movement Zaffar Akber Bhat along
with JKSM activists visited martyrs graveyard at Khoor pattan to paid homepage
to martyrs of the ongoing freedom movement.
On the occasion
remembering shaheed Haji Ghulam Mohammad Ganai who was killed by BSF near Jamia
masjid after prayers when he was coming back to home, Zaffer said that was pro
islamic and credible supports and leaders of Kashmir freedom movement.
While paying tributes
to him and other martyrs in the graveyard including Peer Mohmmad Shafi jeelani,
Mohd suban bhat[masood),Nazir ahmad teli,fayaz ahmad teli,Hilal ahmad khan,Mohd
akbar bhat[akmam],Nazir ahmad sofi[asif],Inqlabi bai,Arshad ahmad
bhat[showkat],Qazi abdul salam,Asif iqbal dhobi,Adnan ahmad(sohail), he said
that people of Kashmir have given matchless sacrifices for a sacred cause and
nobody will be allowed to waste sacrifices of martyrs because of which Kashmir
issue came into the notice of international community.
On the anniversary of
UN, Zaffer Said that as an important and credible institution in the world
United Nations should impress upon India and Pakistan for early Kashmir
resolution and its demilitarization.
He said that they
should impress upon both the countries to stop the firing on boarders for
saving the lives of common people across the LOC, as the recent LOC skirmish
has claimed lives of innocents across it.
Zaffer said that India
is trying to dilute the Kashmir dispute with boarder incidents and deceive the
world. On the occasion he reiterated to continue martyrs mission politically
till they achieve the goal, I.e. freedom of Kashmir.
He also castigate the
administration for arresting people in gool and Ramben districts of
Jammu provenance onfake charges and demanded release of those
immediately.

the demise of Ghulam Mohidin Ganai, Marhoom Andrabi,Mrs. Of editor Bilal
Furqani,s Khala jaan and Haji Ghulam Mohmmad Wani and expressed solidarity with

JKSM statement issued today said that
Zaffer along with party leaders visited Sanoor Kalipora grave yard and paid
glowing tributes to hundreds of departed souls including the prominent leader
Mohammad Ashraf Dar of Sanoor Kali Pora, Budgam on his 20th death anniversary.
He also paid glowing tributes to Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement leader late Rouf Rasool on his 9th death anniversary and threw light on the role they have played in the Kashmir struggle, statement added.

“Both
the leaders were brave and pious,” statement-quoting Zafar said, adding that,

1993 respectively,.”
Zaffer
in the statement also hailed the recent statement of Pakistan Prime Nawaz
Sharief in which Sharief has demanded the intervention of United States in
resolving the Kashmir issue.
