Bhat visits several areas, paid tributes to Abba Ji
Srinagar, Feb 3 (KNS): Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement Zaffar Akber Bhat along with party activists, Mohmmad Shafi, Rafiq Ahmed, Adnan Kashmiri, Bhat Fayaz Ahmed, Aijaz Ahmed visited Veshur, Rajpora, Rahumu, Chrawani and Shakir Abad as a part of mass contact program paid tributes to Ghulam Rasool Dar alias Abba Ji, who is the father of prominent resistance leader Perveez Ahmad Dar.
According to a statement issued to KNS, Zaffer Akbar Bhat said that Abbaji and family member have extended full support to ongoing freedom movement.
While paying tributes to his services which he had rendered for Islam and Freedom, said Dar Sahab was also a active social worker and helping hand to affected families. In other meeting at Shakir Abad, Zaffar also remembered the sacrifices rendered by mother of prominent leader of salvation movement Molvi Mushtaq Bhat and aunt of Shaheed Umer Jan, she was a great and social lady in the present situation and played a great role.
During his visit while addressing the meetings said that people continuously support the cause of Kashmir and are laying down sacrifices, so it is the of all of us to safeguard the sacrifices and take the mission of freedom struggle to its logical end. Zaffar express solidarity with resistance leader Parvez Ahmed Dar and JKSM leader Molvi Mushtaq Bhat and prayed for departed soul.
During his visit he also expressed solidarity with families of youths who have been arrested and detained in Chadoora and Humhama police station illegally. While condemning the arrest spree in Tehsil Chadoora of Budgam after the incident of SHO Chadoora, Zaffar demand their unconditional release.
Meanwhile spokesman thank to the all shades of people including Vice chairman JKLF, Bashir Ahmed Bhat, Sr. leader Showkat Bakshi, and leaders of salvation Movement, Hurriat leaders and Ulmai Deen, Social activists who visited the residence of Molvi Mushtaq and condole the demise of his mother and express solidarity with him and other bereaved family. (KNS
